Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy

At Life Pilates, we know how important it is for you to make the most of your Pilates Reformer classes. Due to limited space (maximum 10 people per class), it is essential that we all respect our reservations and cancellations to ensure other clients have the opportunity to attend.

1. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled class time. This allows us to offer your spot to other interested clients.

2. Late Cancellation

If you cancel within 12 hours prior to the class, a cancellation fee of USD 10 will be charged.

3. No-Show

If you do not attend the class and have not canceled in advance:

• Package Clients: One of your class credits will be deducted.
• Unlimited Plan Clients: A no-show fee of USD 10 will be charged.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions are only considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances and are at the studio’s discretion. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Booking Confirmation

By making a reservation, you accept our late cancellation and no-show policy. We recommend verifying your attendance in advance to avoid additional charges.
