1. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit or debit cards, bank transfers, and authorized platforms such as [Clover / Stripe / Mindbody / other].

  • All transactions are processed securely through our certified systems and payment providers.
  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes, if any.

2. Purchase Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact us to verify your booking status.

3. Validity and Expiration

All services (classes, packages, memberships, workshops) have a specific validity period, which is indicated at the time of purchase.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to use their credits before the expiration date.
  • Extensions are not granted unless under special circumstances (see Refund Policy).

4. Transfers and Usage

All purchases are personal and non-transferable, unless prior written authorization is obtained from management.

Sharing of memberships, class packages, or account access is not permitted without prior approval.

5. Availability and Changes

Life Pilates reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, or class availability for operational or force majeure reasons.

In the event the studio cancels a class or service, you will be offered a free rescheduling or a credit on your account.
