Return & Refund Policy – Life Pilates

[cite_start]Due to the nature of our classes requiring advance scheduling, the following refund conditions apply to packages, memberships, private, and semi-private sessions[cite: 113].


1. General Conditions

2. Group Class Packages

Full Refund (100%):

Partial Refund:

  • The refund amount is calculated by deducting $35 per class used plus a $20 administrative fee from the total paid[cite: 124].

3. Monthly Memberships and Auto-Pay Packages

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle after the minimum period is complete[cite: 128].

  • If cancelled within 7 days of purchase with no classes used, a full refund is granted[cite: 129].

  • If classes were used, $35 per class plus a $20 fee will be deducted if requested within 30 days[cite: 130].

  • No refunds are granted once a new billing cycle has started[cite: 131].

4. Private and Semi-Private Sessions

  • Cancellations or reschedules are allowed with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice[cite: 132, 133].

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable[cite: 134].

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:
